Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted on digital products. Customers may request a refund on digital products sold wiithin 10 days of purchase.

The following entitle a customer to a refund:

• The product was not available for download by the customer
• The product file was corrupt
• The customer repurchased the product after an initial purchase in error
• The product was not quality (in other words, the product contains provable errors or inaccuracies)
• The product was different than expected and the not correct proficiency level for the client

If the above condition are not met, DocMom Music reserves the right to reject the refund.
